Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times are: Europe 7–12 business days, North America 10–15 business days, and rest of the world 12–18 business days. Every order includes an international tracking number sent to your email once your order has been processed. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@luxiafit.com including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
