Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping: We ship to all 27 European Union countries, plus Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. Shipping costs €8 per order and is free on orders of €50 or more. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after that. You'll receive a tracking number by email. Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse; the delivery times above already include this. For orders to Switzerland, Norway and Iceland, local import VAT and customs duties may be charged by the carrier on delivery and are paid by the customer; customs checks can add a few days.

Right of withdrawal: You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason, including sale items (EU consumer law). You will find the standard EU model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.

Returns: Our returns policy gives you 30 days from delivery for unworn items with tags attached — this includes and extends the 14-day legal right. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for faulty or wrong items, where we pay and send you a prepaid label. Please email us at contact@luxiafit.com first so we can match your return to your order. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

Legal guarantee: 3 years for non-conforming products (Spain).
